MEMO TO: City Council <br />FROM: City Planner <br />DATE: August 7, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: RRELIMINARY <br />PLANNING FOR CASENNOF.LD1EST8ATESr HARSTAD COS., <br />At their August 5, 1987, regular meeting, the Planning Plannng Greenfield <br />adopted Resolution No. 197-87 recommending approval <br />Estates. The following items pertaining to the plat were <br />recommended for approval: <br />1. Preliminary Plal. <br />2. Amendment to the wetland zoning district map. <br />a <br />3. Wetland alteration permit. <br />4. Variance from 100 foot wetland setback requirement to <br />allow construction of single family residence within the <br />setback area. > <br />5. Vacation of right -of way. <br />6. Paz': land dedication credit determined by the City <br />Council. <br />7. Conditional use permit for work in the flood plain. <br />At your August 24th Council meeting a public hearing will be held <br />aon this pprovalsof3ittuponliminary completionaofand thestaff publicould recommend <br />hearing. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the preliminary <br />plat of Greenfield Estates, Harstad Companies, Mounds View <br />Planning Case No. 213-87 (Resolution No. 2226). <br />BB/bac <br />
