Conditional Use Permit for work in the flood plain. <br />Attached to this memorandum please find a letter from City <br />Engineer Dan Boxrud outlining his review of the plwithnthe <br />comments relating to a Development Review Meeting <br />Developer on the afternoon of July 9. The Developer has <br />agreed to all of the conditions set forth in Mr. Boxrud's <br />letter. <br />Also attached is a narrative statement and application for <br />Greenfield Estates prepared by Merila and Associates, Inc. <br />on behalf of Harstad Companies. Thisedocument <br />fcontains all <br />of the information, including maps, Y <br />or your <br />review of this application request. <br />Based upon tlj Developer's agreement to comply with all of <br />the requirements set forth in Mr. Boxrud's letter, Staff <br />auld recommend approval of the following: <br />1.
