To delegate the designing of the signal installation <br />either to the District Engineer or to the Traffic <br />Engineering Section. <br />d. To design signal installations not delegated to the <br />District Engineers. <br />P. To assist in the supervision of signal control installa- <br />tions in the Districts. <br />f. To insure that the signals are properly tined. <br />g. To maintain the signal installations according to the <br />agreements made with the municipalities. <br />h. To perform preventive maintenance and to perform regular <br />inspections on all signal installations. <br />i.
