S - <br />APPENDIX B <br />LOCAL ADDENDUM <br />This supplementary agreement is entered into between the <br />City of Mounds View and the International Union of Operating <br />Engineers, Local 49, AFL/CIO for the period January 1, 1987 <br />and ending December 31, 1989. <br />Nothing in the supplementary agreement may be in conflict <br />with any provision of the Master Labor Agreement between the <br />Metropolitan Area Management Association, the City of Mounds <br />View and I.U.O.E. Local 49, AFL/CIO. In the event of <br />conflict the Master Labor Agreement will prevail. <br />ARTICLE B-I. VACATION <br />Employees shall accrue vacation pay at the following yc <br />rates: <br />YEARS OF SERVICE HOURS EARNED/MONTH <br />During first 5 years 6 2/3 hours <br />During 6 through 10 years 10 hours <br />After 10 years 10 2/3 hours <br />After 11 years 11 1/3 hours <br />After 12 years 12 hours Y <br />After 13 years 12 2/3 hours <br />After 14 years 13 1/3 hours <br />ARTICLE B-II. INJURY ON DUTY <br />The injury on duty benefit will be sixty (60) days• with <br />the first three (3) days to come out of sick leave and <br />then six'.y (60) days injury on duty. Any days beyond the <br />sixty (60) will then be taken from the employee's banked <br />sick leave. Employees receiving benefits under this <br />article shall not receive payments from the City which <br />causes the employee to earn more than the employee's <br />after tax take home pay earned while working. <br />ARTICLE B-III. HOLIDAYS <br />Employees shall receive eleven (11) holidays as listed in <br />the City's personnel code. <br />ARTICLE B-IV. CLOTHING <br />The City will provide public works employees with one (1) <br />u" winter jacket every two years. The winter jacket is to <br />be cleaned and kept in repair by the employee. <br />
