First Reading„ <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported there was an of Ordinance. <br />error by Staff in the criginal ordinance, so the No. 429 <br />County would not accept it, so Ordinance No. 429 <br />has been drafted to amend the original ordinance. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve the first <br />readiordinance No. 429, amending Ordinance <br />No. 419 vacating easements for the Jim Lund second <br />addition, and waive the reading. <br />Motion Carriei <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />
