Roll Call <br />Blanchard, wuori and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Motion/Sond: Quick/Hankner to approve the January 4. <br />Approval of <br />Minutes: <br />12, 198ec <br />7 minutes as presented. <br />January 12, 1987 <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Bill Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road, stated that about 5. <br />Residents <br />one week ago a.portion of the Williams Pipeline on <br />Requests and <br />Long Lake Road north of Sherwood was dug up and replaced., <br />Comments from <br />and he was told by one of the workers that they would not <br />the Floor <br />be(hydrostatic testing the new piece of pipe, and he feels <br />that without hydrostatic testing, there is no way to <br />guarantee what pressure the line will take or at what <br />point it would fail. He added that in his past <br />experience, he has seen x-rayed lines fail under <br />hydrostatic testing. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied it was his under- <br />the line this <br />standing that they would be retesting <br />but he could not guarantee it would be done <br />summer, <br />before the line was reopened. <br />Mayor Linke asked Clerk/Administrator Pauley to send <br />requesting <br />a letter to the Office of Pipeline Safety, <br />testing be done before the line is <br />that hydrostatic <br />reopened. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the items on 6. <br />Approval of <br />Consent Agenda <br />the consent agenda. <br />
