Resolution No. <br />2153 <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Chuck Cook explained that based on the requests of <br />the Council at their last meeting, they have altered <br />the drainage pond area and changed the contour of <br />the pond, and now it is at an average depth of 1.8 <br />feet, with a 4.0 maximum depth: <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that it be noted that on <br />both this particular item, and many others on the <br />Council agendas, that the Council had discussed them <br />in great length at an agenda session, and thus did <br />not have a need for a lengthy discussion during the <br />regular meeting. <br />Motion/second: Blanchard/Quick to approve Resolution <br />No. 2153, approving the final plat and development <br />agreement for the Red Oak Park subdivision, and <br />waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
