Quick/Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 2176, reducing the performance bond for Development <br />Agreement No. 82-52, Silver Lake Woods Development, <br />and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the intent of <br />proposed resolution No. 2175. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to approve. <br />Resolution No. 2175, amending Resolution No. 1988 <br />establishing penalties for administrative offenses, <br />and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner asked if there could have <br />been a better way to establish the fines, when the <br />original ordinance was adopted. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied that the fines <br />had not been set until after the ordinance was <br />passed because of it's controversial nature, as <br />Staff wanted to ensure it was passed before <br />establishing the fines. <br />Motion Carr.l <br />1;.
