The first may be the time allowed for your review and <br />input. The second could be the plan, specification and bidding <br />document preparation time. I have attached a calendar showing <br />the dates in comparision to your agenda and regular scheduled <br />City Council meetings. If you feel the dates for review are to <br />close, please advise accordingly. Secondly, it may be possible <br />to save time in the plan, specification and bidding document <br />area, but to be safe, it was kept long.
