REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />FOR <br />ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View is seeking proposals <br />from architectural/engineering firms to perform building design <br />tasks for the addition/modification to the Mounds View Public <br />Works Garage. All proposals must be submitted to the Mounds View <br />City Hall at 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota, 55112, by <br />9:00 a.m. on'April 22, 1987. <br />I. PROJECT TASK <br />Design, prepare bid documents including cost estimates and <br />obtain all necessary plan approvals for the addition/ <br />modification to the Mounds View Public Works Garage. Also, <br />assist the City in bid evaluation and perform project <br />observation as requested by the Public Works Foreman. The <br />design shall be based upon the floor plans attached hereto <br />as Exhibits A and 2A. Also included shall be certain design <br />criteria as listed in the attached Exhibit B. <br />II. QUALIFICATIONS <br />Firm shall present all data requested in this section on a <br />separate sheet. The data submitted will be the basis for <br />selection. <br />f 1. List registered personnel who would most likely be <br />assigned to this project. <br />4. State estimated completion time for project tasks <br />(completion deadline no later than 6/10/87). <br />5. Submit fee proposal for project tasks. <br />6. Provide graphic material demonstrating the firm's <br />similar project experience. The material must include <br />general project- descriptions and clients' names. <br />
