April 14. 1987 <br />We. the residents living next to Lambert Park d3 hereby <br />petition the CLty of Mounds View to have a street light <br />® installed on the Northeast Corner of 5302 Jackson Drive <br />power pole. We feel if this light is installed it will <br />reduce the mmnber of problems that has occurred in the <br />Park and give both the Park and our own personal. property <br />better security. <br />Some of the problem.; that have occurred are: <br />1. Vandalism to trees - public and private. <br />2. Vandalism to waning house. <br />3. Vandalism to playground eq,ipment. <br />4.
