The developer's engineer
understood our concerns and may make some modifications to the
proposed service station.
The second memorandum relates to air quality impacts from the
service station, primarily with respect to the adjacent
developments. We made a preliminary evaluation but felt it best
to utilize the services of David Breslau Associates to provide a
more detailed analysis. Their memorandum provides the technical
analysis of both bulk delivery to the station and individual
automobile pumping at the station.
I believe that the two memorandums will provide the information
requested relative to traffic and air quality. If you have any
questions or need any additional information, please feel free to
call on us.
Sincerely
Glen VanWormer
Chief Transportation Engineer
® GVW/cmh
Enclosure
700 GOPHER IIUII DING•771 FAST II111 E CANADA ROAD -St. PAUI, MINNESOTA 55117•PI[ONE (6171 4RJ-0171
