'Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />--------------------------------------------------- <br />Councilmember Blanchard stated she understands the <br />helicopter will be back this weekend, once again <br />giving rides. <br />Attorney Meyers stated there may be liability on the <br />property owners part, and they should make sure they <br />have adequate liability insurance. <br />Mayor Links directed Clerk/Administrator Pauley to <br />contact the FAA, as well as the owners of Loose Ends. <br />Mayor Linke reminded everyone that Clean -Up Day is <br />scheduled for May 2, and identification will be <br />required to leave anything. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported Public Works has <br />been televising sanitary and storm sewers in the City <br />and found the line on Fairchild between Ardan Avenue <br />and County Road J to be 2/3 full of sand and other <br />material, and it was necessary to spend $1,600 for <br />special equipment for the jet router, and the grouting <br />and repair work on that section of line will amount to <br />$2,500.
