CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSIiY <br />STATE OF MINNIiSOTA <br />MOUNDS VIEW DEVELOP14ENT AGREEMENT NO. 87-79 <br />AMOCO <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of <br />19_, by and between the CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, party of the first part, hereinafter <br />called the "City", and Amoco Oil Co., Southgate Office Plaza, <br />Suite 890, 5001 West 80th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55437 <br />party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Developer", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, in consideration of site <br />develooment for a self-service easoline station with convenience <br />store and automated car wash <br />and the issuance of permits thereof, hereby agrees with the City <br />to perform all of the acts required herein and to conform to all <br />of the conditions set forth as follows: <br />1. Wherever the word "City" appears herein, it shall mean <br />and include the City of Mounds View and also said City's agents <br />and employees; and wherever the word "Developer" appears herein, <br />it shall mean the developer, and any of its agents and <br />employees. Wherever the words "development site" appear herein, <br />it shall mean the premises described in the following exhibits: <br />Exhibit 1. (boundary and topography survey including <br />legal description) <br />Exhibit 2. (site, landscape, grading/drainage, baffle <br />wier, building elevation and lighting fixture <br />detail plans) <br />Exhibit 3. (building plans and specifications) <br />Exhibit 4.
