Develops and submits a sound and documented recreational programming and parks department budget and controls expenditures accordingly within approved budgetary limitations including both the needs of the recreation programs equipment inventory and supplies, recreation activities and park needs. Participates with the Public Works Foreman in developing a comprehensive park -maintenance program to include mowing, care and grading of ballfields, parking lot maintenance, shelter building, flooding for ice rinks, etc. and follows through to ensure the program is effectively implemented as scheduled.
