7. ' Upon final payment to the contractor and computation of City's share for <br />the work provided for herein, that amount of the funds advanced by the City In excess <br />of the City's share will be returned to the City without interest and the City agrees <br />to pay to the County that amount of the City's share which is in excess of the amount <br />of the funds advanced by the City. <br />'t 8. All timing and related adjustments of the traffic control signals shall be <br />determined by the County through its Traffic Engineer, and no changes shall be made <br />to these adjustments without the approval of the County. <br />9. Upon execution by the County and City and completion of the construction <br />work provided for herein, this agreement shall supersede and terminate the agreement <br />dated October 1, 1973 between the County and the City. <br />10.
