MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY CUUN <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATO. <br />DATE: JUNE 9, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: LARRY PEARSON, 2925 TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 ACCESSORY <br />BUILDING, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 209-87 <br />Attached please find the application and Staff Reports <br />related to the subject matter as well as Resolution No. <br />189-87 adopted by the Planning Commission at their meeting <br />on June 3, 1987 recommending approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit. This item has been scheduled for a Public Hearing <br />on the evening of June 22, 1987 at your regularly scheduled <br />Council Meeting. <br />Staff would recommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit <br />as recommended by the Planning Commission with the following <br />qualifications: <br />1. The Conditional Use Permit limit use of this <br />building for storage of domestic supply and non- <br />commercial recreational equipment as provided for <br />in Municipal Code 40.10, Subdivision C, (2). <br />2. That no improved driving surface be installed to <br />this building. <br />Should the use be changed for other than that which is <br />granted, the permit is subject to automatic revocation. <br />Should Council approve these recommendations, Staff will <br />prepare a resolution for your consideration on the evening <br />of June 22, 1987. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
