MA <br />MEMO T0: MAYOR AND CITY COU� <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATO <br />DATE: JUNE 9, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: NORTHSTAR INDUSTRIAL PARK MAJOR SUBDIVISION <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 210-87 <br />Watson -Forsberg Company has applied for preliminary plat <br />approval of a major anbdivision comprising the 28.53 acre <br />site on the east side of Judicial Ditch !1 south of County <br />Road J in the extreme northeast corner of the City of Mounds <br />View. The City Staff and Planning Commission have reviewed <br />the referenced preliminary plat and found it in conformance <br />with" all City Codes and the Planning Commission on June 3, <br />1987 adopted Resolution No. 187-87, copy attached. <br />At your June 22nd Council Meeting a Public Nearing will be <br />held on this subject preliminary plat and Staff would <br />recommend approval of it upon completion of the Public <br />Hearing. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff would recommend approval of the preliminary plat of <br />the Northstar Industrial Park major subdivision, Mounds View <br />Planning Case No. 210-87. <br />I <br />DFP/mja <br />
