DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 86-79 <br />EXHIBIT 2A <br />In addition to the foregoing conditions, the Developer agrees to <br />the following: <br />1. Payment of all City administrative expenses above and <br />beyond amounts previously submitted. <br />2. The Developer shall have recorded at Ramsey County the <br />minor subdivision. Evidence of recording shall he <br />submitted to the City prior to the issuing of any building <br />permits. <br />3. The Developer shall have all lot corners installed prior <br />to the issuance of a building permit. <br />9. Developer shall secure approval from the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of State <br />Fire Marshall, and Rice Creek Watershed District prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />5. A 51,000 cash bond, corporate surety bond, irrevocable <br />letter of credit or other negotiable instrument approved <br />by the City Attorney which the Developer agrees to keep in <br />full force and effect for a period of 7 years after final <br />approval of construction to secure operation and <br />maintenance of ponding area and control structure. <br />FOR THE CITY: <br />Date <br />FOR THE DEVELOPER: <br />Date: <br />
