RESOLUTION NO. 2205 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMPORARY MOBILE HUME PERMIT <br />FOR WONDER VIDEO <br />WHEREAS, Wonder Video, 2559 Highway 10 has stated a desire to <br />become an occupant of Silverview Plaza, a shopping center <br />development currently before the City for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of that desire to relocate to the <br />proposed Silverview Plaza, Wonder Video has not renewed their <br />lease at Mounds View Plaza and been given a notice to vacate <br />their current location by June 3U, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, Wonder Video has approached the City for approval <br />to temporarily locate their business in two temporary office <br />trailers to be located on Lot 1, Block 10, Silver Lake Woods <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to assist this local business in <br />maintaining their operations in the City in any reasonable manner <br />possible without causing undue hardship to City residents; and <br />WHEREAS, Municipal Code Chapter 40.14, Subdivision I, <br />provides for the issuance of permits by the City Council for the <br />use of a mobile home(s) as a temporary office. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Hounds View, that a temporary mobile home permit is <br />issued to Wonder Video for the use of two mobile home buildings <br />as an office as identified on the attached site plan upon <br />acceptance of the following conditions for Wonder Video. <br />1. Payment of the $25.00 permit fee. <br />2. Provision of at least 11 off-street parking spaces <br />with an improved surface (crushed rock or bituminous). <br />3. Provision of portable drinking water and toilet <br />facilities. (Wonder Video proposed to use bottled <br />water and a recircuLating toilet.) <br />4. Provision of a $1,000 security, in a form approved <br />by the City, to secure the removal of the buildings <br />and restoration of the site when this agreement <br />expires or Wonder Video occupies alternative <br />facilities, whichever occurs first. <br />
