RESOLUTION NO. 2209 <br />>,. CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR SILVER VIEW PLAZA <br />WHEREAS, Kraus -Anderson Development Corporation on behalf <br />of M and E Realty has submitted a Development Proposal for a <br />36,000 square foot shopping center on Track C of Lot 1, Block 11 <br />in the City of Mounds View (2655 Trunk Highway 10); and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission and City <br />Staff reviewed the Development Proposal and determined that the <br />project is in conformance with all applicable Municipal Codes: <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has determined <br />that the number of parking spaces proposed to be provided by the <br />project appear to be adequate to meet the need of the site; and <br />WHEREAS, at a Special Meeting on June 17, 1987 the Mounds <br />View Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 191-87 approving <br />the site plans for the development contingent upon relocation <br />of the entry drive onto Mounds View Drive to the alternative site <br />shown on the site plan dated June 10, 1987 and designation of the <br />traffic lane accessing the drive -up window as one way traveling <br />west to east. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that the Development Proposal for Silver View <br />Plaza is approved contigent upon the installation of the entry <br />drive onto Mounds View Drive to the alternative site shown on the <br />site plan dated June 10, 1987 and the designation of the traffic <br />lane accessing the drive -up window as one way traveling from west <br />to east. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator <br />are authorized to enter into Development Agreement No. 87-80 on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of June, 1987., <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
