MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 191-87 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE SILVER VIEW PLAZA <br />DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL <br />WHEREAS, Kraus -Anderson Development Corporation on behalf <br />of M and E Realty has submitted a development proposal for a <br />36,000 square foot shopping center on Track C of Lot 1, Block 11 <br />in the City of Mounds View (2655 Trunk Highway 10); and <br />WHEREAS, the Staff and Planning Commission have undertaken <br />extensive review of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, in consideration of <br />national standards has determined that the number of parking <br />spaces proposed to be provided appear to be adequate to meet the <br />needs of the site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the <br />project is in conformance with all applicable Municipal Codes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the site plans <br />including lighting and landscaping with the relocation of the <br />entry drive onto Mounds View Drive to the alternate site shown on <br />the site plan in order to provide safe traffic patterns. <br />BE IW FURTHER RESOLVED, that the lane accessing the drive - <br />up window shall be designated for one way travel west to east. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the <br />City Council prior to the approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of June, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairman <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
