I Gm 9 <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COU <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATO <br />� V_ <br />DATE: JULY 2, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: PLANNING CONSULTANT SELECTION <br />Attached please find a copy of the proposal submitted <br />by Resolution, Inc. in association with Batton-Aschman <br />Associates, Inc. to perform the update of the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan and Development Codes. <br />This proposal was unanimously selected by the selection <br />committee and Planning Commission, Resolution No. 195-87 <br />attached, for this program. <br />Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Resolution, <br />Inc. i— n association with Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. <br />as the planning consultant at a cost not to exceed $20,000. <br />
