RESOLUTION NO. 195-87 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDING RESOLUTION, INC. IN ASSOCIATION WITH <br />BARTON-ASCHMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. AS THE CITY'S <br />PLANNING CONSULTANTS <br />WHEREAS, Resolution, Inc., in association with Barton- <br />Aschman Associates, Inc. submitted a proposal to undertake an <br />update of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Development Codes in <br />response to the City's request for Proposals; and <br />WHEREAS, a committee made up of the Clerk -Administrator, <br />2 Planning Commissioners, and 2 City Councilmembers interviewed <br />all applicants and unanimously recommended Resolution, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposal of <br />Resolution, Inc. and agreed with the recommendation of the <br />selection committee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends the selection of <br />Resolution, Inc., in association with Barton-Aschman Associates, <br />Inc. as the City's planning consultant to undertake an update of <br />the City's Comprehensive Plan and Development Codes. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this lst day of July, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Chairman <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
