RESOLUTION NO. 193-07 (I <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />(� STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RMCOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, <br />5051 LONG LAKE ROAD, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE, NO. 216-87 <br />WHEREAS, Gerald G. Blanski, having power of attorney for <br />the Eleanor I. Blanski Trust, has applied for the subdivision of <br />a one acre lot at 5051 Long Lake Road into two lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to provide a required <br />utility easement and additional Long Lake Road right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the <br />proposed minor subdivision is in conformance with all applicable <br />Municipal Codes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br />minor subdivision. <br />BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 1st day of July, 1987. <br />chairman <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
