MEMO TO: PLANNING COMMISSION <br />FROM: CLERK -ADM INISTRATOIR%�J <br />DATE: JUNE 25, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: MINOR SUBDIVISION 5051 LONG LAKE ROAD, MOUNDS <br />VII3W PLANNING CASK. NO. 216-07 <br />Attached please find a planning application, Certificate of <br />Title evidencing ownership, and Certificate of Survey for <br />Gerald G. Blanski. Mr. Blanski has requested approval from <br />the City for the subdivision of the property located at 5051 <br />Long Lake Road into two parcels. <br />Mr. Blanski and his representatives have been in frequent <br />communication with City Staff regarding the proposed <br />subdivision of this property and has agreed to provide a 20 <br />foot utility and drainage easement on the north side of <br />Parcel A in order to allow service of water and sewer to <br />Parcel B as well as increasing the platted right of way for <br />Long Lake Road from 33 feet to 43 feet which is the width of <br />platted right of. way for the remaining portions of tong Lake <br />Road in the City of Mounds View. Staff has reviewed the <br />proposed lot split, found it to be consistent with City <br />Code, and recommends approval of same. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
