RESOLUTION NO. 2210 <br />PAGE TWO OF TWO <br />2. The proposed site plan is not in conformance with <br />numerous requirements of the City's Zoning Code including <br />the following, <br />a. Municipal Code Chapter 40.07, Subdivision D, (8) n. <br />and o. require curbing of a parking area and <br />screening or landscaping of the parking area from <br />abutting or surrounding residential districts. <br />b. Municipal Code Chapter 40.07, Subdivision F, (3) <br />requires that all accessory off street parking be <br />not less than five feet from any lot line. <br />c.
