Representatives of Everest <br />Development, Ltd. will be present at your July 2Oth Meeting <br />to review their proposal in detail. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the development stage plans for <br />the Mounds View Business Park P.U.D. <br />DFP/mjs <br />Attachment: (1) <br />
