RESOLUTION NO. 194-07 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT STAGE, PLANS FOR <br />MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK P.U.U., MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE, NO. 86-199 <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development Ltd. has submitted <br />Development Stage Plans for the Mounds View Business Park <br />P.U.D.; and <br />WHEREAS, a development review was conducted by City Staff <br />which resulted in a finding that the plans are consistent with <br />the previously approved General Concept Plans; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />Development Stage Plans and also found them to be consistent with <br />the previously approved General Concept Plans. <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br />Develoment Stage Plans for the Mounds View Business Park P.U.D. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes.. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 1st day of July, 1907. <br />chairman — <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />e <br />
