As you may recall, you have received several reminder notices <br />regarding the past due amount of $ on your utility <br />bill. Since these reminders have not resulted in payment of the <br />past due amount, the City Council will be considering the levying <br />of a tax on your property for the past due amount during their <br />meeting September 14, 1987, to be held at 7:05 p.m. in the Mounds <br />View City Hall.. Past due accounts cert.if•ied to the Ramsey County <br />Department of Property Taxation for collection with property <br />taxes payable in 1988 will include an administrative fee of 58 <br />and interest on the total amount at a rate of 8% for one year. <br />If it is your desire to avoid having the past due amount levied <br />on your property taxes, you may do so by mailing payment in full <br />no later than 4:30 p.m. on September 2, 1987. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />Donald Brager <br />Finance Director -Treasurer <br />DB/ds <br />
