ORDINANCE NO. 423 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL <br />CODE. ENTITLED, "PERSONNEL" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Municipal Code Chapters 6.31, Subdivision 4 <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />6.31 COMPENSATION. <br />Subdivision 4. Overtimes not be paid to exempt employees. <br />SECTION II. Municipal Code, Chapter 6.31, Subdivision 5 <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Subdivision 5. Compensatory Time Off. <br />a. Compensatory time shall may be given to non- exempt <br />employees when in compliance with the Fair Labor <br />Standards Act at a rate of one and one half hours <br />Car each hour of overtime worked and must be taken <br />
