MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />r FROM: CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />�I DATE: JULY 23, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: ICMA SEMINAR <br />Attached please find a copy of a brochure from the International <br />City Management Association and the National League of Cities <br />regarding a Council Manager Relations Seminar they will be <br />conducting on the 28th of September in Minneapolis. The cost of <br />this seminar is $100.00 for the first registrant and $90.00 for <br />each registrant thereafter. It appears that this seminar <br />could be extremely helpful to us in attempting to improve our <br />current level of inter -personal relations.
