RESOLUTION NO. 2221 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1917 ESTABLISHING VARIOUS <br />FEES AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />1917 on September 23, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Code as revised and recodified <br />by Ordinance No. 313 establishes that various fees and charges be <br />levied for the purposes stated by resolution of the City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the (founds View City Council <br />to amend Resolution No. 1917 by amending the fee for Peddlers, <br />Solicitors and Transient Merchants. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View amends Resolution No. 1917, No. 18, Peddlers, <br />Solicitors and Transient Merchants to read as follows: <br />Peddlers, Solicitors, and Transient Merchants License <br />Fee - $50.00 per week, $100.00 per month or $500.00 per <br />year. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this loth day of August, 1987. <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
