Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />------------------------- <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley read the items on the <br />proposed consent agenda. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Blanchard to approve the <br />consent agenda, as presented, and waive the reading <br />of the r=solutions. <br />4 ayes 0-nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley presented an overhead <br />a <br />projection of the proposed project, and he gave <br />brief history of the negotiations the City had been <br />doing with the developer over the preceeding two <br />years.
