0 <br />r. <br />ri <br />MEMO TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: City Planner Herman <br />DATE: December 16, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: DYNAMIC DESIGNERS USABLE OPEN SPACE,REQUIREMENT <br />City Code 40.04, Subdivision B(e), requires that each multiple <br />family dwelling site have a minimum of 625 square feet of usable <br />open space per dwelling unit. In a staff report previously <br />written regarding the Dynamic Designers proposal, it was noted <br />that the requirement for usable open space was not adequate and a <br />variance would be necessary. Staff has since reviewed the site <br />plan and determined that the proposal does meet, and in fact <br />exceeds, the usable open space requirement. <br />If you have any questions, please let me know. <br />/b.ac <br />
