Additional Payroll CoouT LaboraConsultantched efornd <br />a survey provided by <br />Stanton Group V employees listing their 1996 <br />Standby Pay Provisions. The cities of Anoka, <br />Brooklyn Park, Coon Rapids, Crystal, Fridley, <br />Golden Valley- New Brighton, No. St. Paul and <br />Roseville appear to have the most similar <br />practices to that proposed by my precious <br />memorandum. As you can see, the additional <br />payroll benefits they provide for seven day <br />standby duty vary from seven days of straight <br />time fo; =-van days of standby duty to six <br />hours at time and one-half.
