Requestsand <br />represented the Mounds View Wetland Preservation <br />Committee, read a prepared statement voicing three Coe entsFloofrom <br />major concerns the group has with the preservation <br />of wetlands in Mounds View. <br />Mayor Linke clarified for her that Barr Engineering <br />did not give a conclusiGn at the recent agenda session, <br />but only an update of the work they have done so far, <br />and they will be making a formal presentation at the <br />December 14 meeting. <br />Councilmember Hankner stated that the intention of the <br />meeting with Barr Engineering was to get an update of <br />the progress they have made since they signed the <br />contract with the City: She added they have not met <br />in private or had an executive session on this project, <br />and it is the policy of the Council to make meetings <br />open to the public. <br />
