r•� <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2226 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GREENFIELD <br />ESTATES, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 213-87 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the preliminary plat for the subdivision and has recommended <br />approval to the City Council on August 5, 1907; and <br />WHEREAS, the request• for approval includes requests for the <br />following: <br />1. Preliminary plat approval. <br />2. Wetland zoning district amendment. <br />3. Wetl.:nd alteration permit. <br />4. Variance to allow construction within 100 foot wetland <br />setback. <br />5. Vacation of a portion of Hillview Road right-of-way. <br />6. Park land dedication credit. <br />7. Conditional Use Permit for working in the wetland. <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the preliminary plat, narrative statament, and application for <br />Greenfield Estates submitted by Harstad, and staff reports dated <br />July 10, 1987, and found the proposal to be consistent with all <br />applicable local and state codes and regulations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View approves the preliminary plat and the <br />following requests by Harstad Companies: <br />1. Preliminary plat for Greenfield Estates. <br />2. Amendment of the boundaries of Wetland No. I-19 as <br />implemented by Ordinance No. 421• <br />3. Wetland alteration permit. <br />4. Variance to allow construction and 100 foot wetland <br />setback. <br />5. Vacation of excess of Hillview Road right-of-way as <br />implemented by ordinance No. 424. <br />
