Conditional use permit for work in the flood plain. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Hounds View approves a conditional use permit based upon the <br />=wi <br />following: <br />r <br />a. Concrete curb and gutter be installed along the <br />entire length of Edgewood Drive from County Road <br />I to Hillview Road. <br />b. Minimum basement elevation of 905. <br />c. Low point in Edgewood Drive to be no higher than <br />-} <br />903.4. <br />d. Two outlots, namely Outlot A and Outlot B be created <br />to encompass all wetlands remaining after alteration <br />for conveyance to the Citv. <br />^° <br />e.
