`21® <br />LIE <br />ORDINANCE No. 424 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY ABUTTING <br />LOTS 5 AVD 6 IN BLOCK 1, GREENFIELD ESTATES PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br />SECTION I. The 30' X 80' X 85' excess right-of-way <br />abutting Lots 5 and 6 in Block 1 located in Greenfield <br />Estates Preliminary Plat shall be vacated. <br />SECTION II.
