RESOLUTION NO. 2235 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR AND RESTAURANT LICENSE TO RICHARD POVLITZKI FOR THE <br />OPERATION OF POV'S, 2400 COUNTY ROAD H2 <br />WHEREAS, the Richard Povlitzki has applied for an intoxi- <br />cating liquor license, Sunday Sale license, and restaurant <br />license to operate POV's at 2400 County Road H2 (previously known <br />as Muldoon's Off 10); and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposal of Richard Povlitzki and determined that it is in <br />conformance with the requirements of the City's Liquor Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City , Council of <br />the City of Mounds View authorizes the issuance of on -sale <br />intoxicating, Sunday Sales, and restaurant licenses to Richard <br />Povlitzki cnntinnonr .1ron the performn ncc vi < c `Oilowiny: <br />tu <br />1. Payment of all license fees. <br />2. Completion of all exterior and interior improvements <br />as proposed. <br />3. Satisfaction of all health, fire, and building code <br />violations as cited by the responsible agencies. <br />4.
