Review utility and storm sewer data for data antry(7� <br />onto software if desired. <br />.Y. <br />ENGINEERING EVALUATION/REPORT AND PRESENTATION <br />Based on condition rating data end City financing methods, <br />determine optimum maintenance measures, prioritized listing, <br />estimated costs and Capital Improvement Program. <br />Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. will: <br />1. Review results of condition rating survey for a <br />composite analysis of study area. <br />2. Define parameters for maintenance naeds and <br />objectives. <br />3. Categorize and prioritize streets based on <br />maintenance procedures of goal coat, overlay, mill- z <br />overlay and reconstruction. <br />4. Identify need of storm aswor if desired. 7^ <br />5. Estimate coats for maintenance measures on all <br />streets studied. <br />6. Develop a 5 year Capital Improvement Program for <br />major street work and a 5 year Maintenance Program <br />for minor street work. <br />
