APPENDIX B <br />-- <br />This supplementary agreement is entered into between the City of <br />kA_� <br />Mounds View and Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement <br />i <br />Employees' Union, :.oral No. 320 for the peri*0 beginning January <br />t <br />1, 1988 and ending December 31, 1989. <br />Nothing in this supplementary agreement may be in conflict with <br />the provision of the MASTER AGREEMENT between M.A.M.A., the City <br />'f <br />of Mounds View, and I.B.T., Local Nc. 320. In the event of <br />conflict the MASTER AGREEMENT will prevail. <br />ARTICLE B-I - UNIFORM ALLOWANCE <br />j70 <br />The EMPLOYER will provide an annual uniform allowance of <br />R* <br />three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00) for calendar 1988 <br />}:1, <br />and four hundred dollars ($400.00' for calendar 1989 prorated <br />for employees who work less tha. a full year. <br />=4 <br />ARTICLE B-II - VACATION <br />Y. <br />B2.1 Vacation Pay. If an employ ^ desires vacation pay in <br />advance of vacation, the employee must give the EMPLOYER <br />at least three weeks notice in writing. <br />B2.2 Carry-over and Waiver of Vacation Leave. .Ten days of <br />vacation may be carried over Co the next year, provided <br />7- <br />that time be used no later than April 30th of the <br />following year. <br />82.3 Consecutive Vacation Days.
