POLICY FOR USE OF OUTDOOR PARK FACILITIES <br />Due to the large number of requests for City facilities, the Parks <br />and Recreation Department has deemed it necessary to establish a <br />priority list of users in order to insure that the City's <br />facilities are made available to meet community needs: <br />The priorities are as follows: <br />1. All directly related City activities or directly controlled City <br />organizations. <br />2. School District #621 directly related school organizations. <br />3. Youth athletic associations which are publicly advertised and who <br />accept all qualified persons. <br />4. Resident youth groups - comprised of 50 percent Mounds View <br />residents. <br />5. Resident adult groups - comprised of 50 percent Mounds View <br />residents (live or work). <br />6. Non-resident groups— any group not meeting the 50 percent <br />resident criteria. <br />7. Commercial groups. <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />The following fees will be charged to groups based on a per <br />field/per day basis: <br />1. City, youth athletic, school district - Exempt (priorities 1, 2, <br />and 3) <br />2. Resident youth groups (priority 4) .........$ 5.00/field/day <br />3. Resident adult groups (priority 5) .........$ 5.00/field/day <br />4. Non-resident groups (priority 6) ...........$10.00/field/day <br />5. Commercial groups (priority 7) .............$25.00/field/day <br />6. The privilege of receiving a permit <br />for use of fields for occasional users .....S 2.H /nermit <br />7. The privilege of receiving a permit for <br />use of fields by priority 6 & 7 users ...... $2.00/permit <br />
