ORDINANCE NO. 437 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 41 ENTITLED, "SPECIFIC REZONINGS" <br />:y <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br />41.28 Pursuant to Chapter 40.25, the official Mounds <br />View zoning map is hereby amended to reflect the following <br />rezoning. <br />The following properties shall be rezoned from I-1' <br />and B-3 to PUD: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Mounds View Business Park; Lot 1, k <br />Block 2, Mounds View Business Park; Lots 1 and 2, <br />Block 3, Mounds View Business Park; Lot 1, Block <br />4, Mounds View Business Park; Lot 1, Block 5, <br />Mounds View Business Park. <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30.) days after <br />the state of its publication. _ <br />Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on this <br />day of , 1988. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Mounds View this <br />day of , 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
