Planning Commission Staff Report <br /> 11/6/2024—Conditional Use Permit Amendment(modification of garage), 6951 Knollwood Drive <br /> Page 2 <br /> Project &Zoning Code Analysis ` <br /> The existing and proposed garage structures are <br /> shown in the graphics to the right. + <br /> An accessory building up to 952 square feet is - <br /> allowed as an accessory use in the R-1 district, per 4' <br /> Section 160.087. Larger than that, a CUP is <br /> required. the proposed garage is 1,298 square feet. <br /> The maximum of all accessory buildings on a lot is <br /> 1,800 square feet. <br /> The proposed garage addition will be on a <br /> foundation that matches the existing garage ` <br /> foundation. The addition will have a 9-foot-high wall <br /> r. <br /> and minimally sloped flat roof. The exterior will have <br /> an attached stairway with handrails that are code <br /> compliant. The addition will have an overhead <br /> garage door on the north side and a window on the <br /> east side.
