Planning Commission Staff Report <br />3/19/2025 – Amend Zoning Code – Minimum Size & Frontage for PUDs <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> (2) Minimum project size. The tract of land for which a planned unit development, <br />commercial or industrial project is proposed and permit is requested shall contain not less <br />than five acres for commercial and industrial projects. <br /> (3) Frontage. The tract of land for which a project is proposed and a permit requested <br />shall have a width of not less than 200 feet perpendicular to the side lot line or have 200 feet <br />of frontage on the public right-of-way, whichever is most restrictive. <br />. . . . <br /> (C) Mixed use planned unit development. <br /> (1) Purpose. The intent of this division (C) is to establish special requirements for the <br />granting of a zoning district amendment to allow mixed use PUD projects which are in <br />compliance with the permitted and conditional uses allowed within the PUD District and in <br />accordance with the provisions and procedures as prescribed in this division (C). <br /> (2) Minimum project size. The tract of land for which a mixed use PUD is proposed <br />shall not contain less than four acres. <br /> (3) Frontage.
