Mounds View City Council April 14, 2025 <br />Regular Meeting Page 5 <br /> <br />Easement on the Property at 3033 Woodale Drive. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson requested the Council introduce an Ordinance that would vacate a highway easement <br />on the property at 3033 Woodale Drive. He explained this easement was on the north side of the <br />property that had been vacated on neighboring properties, but this one remained. He commented <br />further on the proposed easement vacation and recommended the Ordinance be introduced. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith. To Waive the First Reading and Introduce Ordinance <br />1041, Vacating a Highway Easement on the Property at 3033 Woodale Drive. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />F. PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution 10082, Approving a Chicken-Keeping <br />License for Miles and Shannon Och at 2665 Sherwood Road. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the Council consider a chicken-keeping license <br />for Miles and Shannon Och at 2665 Sherwood Road. He reported staff received no comments and <br />was recommending approval of the request. <br /> <br />Mayor Lindstrom opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Miles Och, 2665 Sherwood Road, thanked the Council for considering his request. He noted he <br />would have six chickens to start. <br /> <br />Vince Meyer, 8380 Spring Lake Road, reported he was working with the Spring Lake High School <br />to construct chicken coops. He encouraged the Och family to speak with him if they were interested <br />in purchasing a coop. <br /> <br />Hearing no further public input, Mayor Lindstrom closed the public hearing at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith. She <br />explained she would like to have six chickens.
