Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />---------------------------- -- <br />Mrs. Rickaby stated she had attended the February 17 <br />Planning Commission meeting and she reviewed what she <br />felt were the reasons they denied the resolution. She <br />added she is personally against corporate welfare <br />eranare <br />is opposed to this proposal, especially <br />since wetlands in the area. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened the <br />regular meeting at 7:35 PM. <br />Mayo- Linke closed the regular <br />Pmeeting and opened the <br />fourth public hearing a <br />Clerk/Administrator Pa' explained the Charter requires <br />the recodification of Mounds view ordinances every other <br />year, and it is now time for this to be done. He added that a <br />group0called TransHealth, which tistpresent ed this lypring r a <br />located <br />in Eagan. <br />
