COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS Al,, <br />June, 1980 thru October, 1981 <br />I was an assistant squad leader in the road design area. My <br />duties included assignment of work, review of design and <br />calculations, and computer assisted design. <br />MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />July, 1973 thru May, 1980 and June, 1969 thru August, 1969 <br />I originally was hired as a highway technician. I received <br />my degree in civil engineering through night school and <br />Mr:/DOT's senior year cooperative education program. I was <br />promoted to Graduate Engineer I, Graduate Engineer II, and <br />finally Senior Engineer. I worked in the surveying, <br />preliminary design, traffic engineering, and material and <br />soils sections of the Golden Valley district; I was ;hen <br />transferred to the Rochester district as Soils Engineer.
